Because a computer monitor or a photograph may not always represent the true colors, we encourage you to see an actual rug in your home before you purchase one. We try to maintain a sample of each rug offered.
This is an actual rug, usually 3' x 5' in size.
We will gladly ship a sample rug via UPS (at our expense).
Our only request is that it be returned within 2 weeks,
at your expense (approximately $10-20 via UPS Ground).
We require a MasterCard or Visa credit card number to be on file prior to shipment.
Your credit card will not be charged unless the carpet sample is not returned or you decide to keep it. We hope this service will make your purchase easier.

and specify which item you'd like to order. Please include our stock number when possible (located next to any rug on its detail page). Someone from our office will contact you by phone for your credit card details soon after receiving your message.
